Yoga Varga Prashikshan is organized by Vivekananda Kendra, Bangalore Branch through google meet from 15th May 2021 to 15th June 2021.
In this online program around 38 participant are getting training from Aa. Sutapa Didi to become Yoga Instructors and conduct VK Yoga Satra / Yoga Varga. Participants are joining from Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Kerala.
The program started with
• 3 Omkara and Shanti Mantra by Vinay Bhaiyya
• Rastrabhakthi Geet By Padma Bhandarkar Didi
• Introduction and Vision of Vivekananda Kendra By Aa. Radha Didi
• Instruction of Breathing Exercises by Aa. Sutapa Didi and
• Demonstration by Pratima Didi
Yoga Varga Prashikshan will be continued till 15th June 2021
