Namaskar.

We are sending 2021-22 ‘Vivekananda Kendra Samachar’ in Electronic format.

We wish all the best to our Patrons who are great pillars to Vivekananda Kendra. You are supporting financially and morally to the Cadre as well as other full time workers who are in the service of our Motherland. Vivekananda Kendra is marching forward day by day through different activities spreading the message of Swami Vivekananda, ‘Serve Man Serve God’.

As you are already aware  ‘Vivekananda Kendra (VK) is completing fifty years of its service to Bharatmaa in January 2023. Vivekananda Kendra has taken up many service activities to realize the vision of Swami Vivekananda of Jagadguru Bharat by increasing the number of Karyakartas.

We herewith present Vivekananda Kendra Samachar 2021-22. You will have the glimpses of all the activities organized all over the country.

VKSSS Foundation Day - Tinsukia



 Vivekananda Kendra Swasthya Seva Sadan, Laipuli, Tinsukia observed 4th Foundation day on 5th June 2022. On this occasion a free eye screening camp was organized for two days i.e. on 4th and 5th June. Dr. Udayan Dixit, a very senior eye specialist from Pune, Maharastra rendered his voluntary service during the camp. 98 eye patients from nearby villages were benefitted and 10 pairs of spectacles were distributed free of cost to the needy. As 5th June is World Environment Day also, plantation was done at the Hospital premises in collaboration with local unit of All Assam Bengali Parishad.
In evening, one webinar was organized and Dr. Anant B.Pandhare, Medical Director of Dr.Hedgewar Hospital, Aurangabad delivered an insightful speech on  
“ Swsathya Seva Se Rastra Seva.” Sri Pravin Davolkar Ji, all India Treasurer of Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari briefed the audiences about the vision and mission of Vivekananda Kendra.
This is to be mentioned that Vivekananda Kendra Swasthya Seva Sadan is a charitable OPD with a Dental unit and a Pathological Laboratory to provide quality health care to the poor and needy at a very affordable cost. Till date 16685 OPD patients were treated and 3294 blood tests were done.

Free Eye Camps by VKAJ - Lohit - Arunachal Pradesh





 Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti Arunachal Pradesh organized free eye screening camp at Wakro CHC, Lohit district from 1st June to 3rd June 2022. Dr. Udayan Dixit, a highly experienced Ophthalmologist from Pune, Maharastra came voluntarily to render his valuable services. A total 154 patients were screened during the camp for various eye ailments. Patients from all the villages of Wakro circle including the remote villages came to avail the benefit. 28 patients were found with cataracts and they will be operated soon. 110 pairs of spectacles were distributed free of cost. Eye medicines were given to patients.
Earlier on 1st June, the camp was inaugurated by Sri Tamo Riba, EAC, Wakro. On his inaugural speech, he lauded the efforts of Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti in the field of primary health care in the eastern part of Arunachal Pradesh and assured all possible help for such venture in future also. This is to be mentioned that Dr. Dixit had visited Arunachal Pradesh earlier and he conducted such camps in Khonsa and Longding with Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti in 2019 and 2020.    

 

Personality Development Camp - Jodhpur




 संस्कार वह प्रक्रिया है जो बाल मन को सम्पूर्ण जीवन का आधार प्रदान करती है। शिविर में दिए गए संस्कार शिविरार्थियों के सर्वांगीण विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा करेंगी। ये विचार विवेकानंद केंद्र कन्याकुमारी, शाखा जोधपुर द्वारा आयोजित आवासीय व्यक्तित्व विकास के समापन समारोह पर  मुख्य व्यक्ता राजस्थान प्रान्त संगठक सुश्री प्रांजलि येरिकर ने  व्यक्त किये।


शिविर प्रतिवेदन पढ़ते हुए शिविर प्रमुख एन. के. प्रजापत ने बताया कि शिविर के विभिन्न कार्यक्रम नन्हें बालक बालिकाओ के व्यक्तित्व व संस्कार निर्माण में सहयोगी होंगे। शिविर में कुल 147 बालक-बालिकाओं सहभाग लिया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता करते हुए केंद्र के विभाग संचालक सी.पी. अरोड़ा ने बताया कि वर्तमान समय मे बालको की न केवल दिन चर्या अव्यवस्थित हुई है वरन भोजन की पौष्टिकता भी समाप्त हो गई है, इस लिए नियमित आहार विहार की आवश्यकता है। केंद्र का यह शिविर उन्हें सही दिशा  प्रदान करता है। कार्यक्रम के विशिष्ट अतिथि विभाग प्रमुख प्रेम रतन सोतवाल व एम.एल. तंवर थे। शिविर के अनुभव सुनाते हुए शिविरार्थी दामिनी, हरेंद्र, सारांश गोयल व खुशाली  ने बताया कि शिविर में बहुत सारी नई बाते सीखी है, जिनका घर पर भी पालन करते रहेंगे।


शिविरार्थियों ने इस दौरान गीता पठन, सूर्यनमस्कार व नाटक का मंचन किया। शिविर गीत "हम है सपूत भारत के" गाकर शिविरार्थियों ने उत्साह प्रदर्शन किया। कार्यक्रम में जोधपुर शाखा के जीवनव्रती दीपक खैरे व्यवस्था प्रमुख महेश बोहरा, हरि भैया, श्याम मालवीय, विनीत कपूर, मेहुल अरोड़ा, अनमोल आदि उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम का संचालन नगर प्रमुख डॉ अमित व्यास ने किया।


*युवा प्रेरणा शिविर का आरंभ*
इस अवसर पर कक्षा 10वी से ऊपर के युवाओं-युवतियों के लिए चार दिवसीय युवा प्रेरणा शिविर का शुभारंभ हुआ जो कि 26 मई तक चलेगा। संवित धाम आश्रम, दईजर में आयोजित इस प्रेरणा शिविर में पर्सनलिटी डेवलपमेंट की विभिन्न गतिविधियों का आयोजन होगा।

YSS May 2022 Shivir - Kanyakumari



 The Yoga Shiksha Shibir was held at Vivekanand Kendra, Kanyakumari between 1st to 15th May 2022, With this the YCC new batch also started. Total 56 participants attended the shivir who came from various states like Maharashtra, Gujrat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Aasam, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu & Kerala.
Formal reporting and registrations started from the morning on 30th April and introductory session was held the same day in the evening after Bhajan Sandhya & Supper wherein participants were given orientation of the camp.
Medium of the camp was Hindi & English.Participants were organized into 7 different groups that were named after ShadDarshan Pranetas Kapil, Patanjali, Gautama, Kanad, Jaimini, Vyas and seventh as Vashishth.
The 15 days camp had morning prayers, yogabhyas, pranayama, shramsanskar, theory sessions, group discussions, chanting practice, bhajan sandhyas & prerana se punrutthan sessions.
In yoga practicals, participants were taught loosening exercises, suryanamaskaras and various asanas that are done in a particular way. In pranayama practice they were trained into a systematic order of pranayamas that follows a sequence for optimum benefit.
Theory lectures comprised of sessions on concept of yoga, yama, niyama, aasana, pranayama, antrang yoga,kriya-bandha-mudras, yoga & food, bhagvad gita , karmayoga, jnanayoga, bhaktiyoga, anand mimansa, omkara & Indian culture.
There were lectures about Swami Vivekananda, Ma. Eknathji, Story of Rock Memorial, Kendra Prarthana & Sanghe Shakti Kaliyuge.
All these were followed by Manthan i.e. group discussions so participants could get deeper insights and express their understanding about the subjects.
In Geet Abhyas satras, participants were taught various chantings that included shanti mantra, Aikya mantra, pratahsmaran prayer, bhagvadgeeta karmayog shloksamgraha & Shivir geet along with few other songs.
Participants did Shuddhikriyas Jalneti, Sutraneti & Vaman dhauti twice during the Shivir. They practiced Trataka as well in a session and also experienced Omkara Dhyan & Cyclic Meditation during the shivir.
Daily bhajan sandhyas added a flavour of Bhakti & emotional culture through devotional chantings.
Pure & Satvik food devised according to the routine was a part of daily diet which supported the yogsadhana of the participants throughout the days.
Prerana se punrutthan sessions introduced participants to various VK activities & projects and also helped them unwind through actions songs, games & cultural performances.
Shramsanskar sessions instilled attitude of service, cleanliness & self sufficiency into the participants.
All took part in ‘Kendra Vargas’ on 2 Sundays during the shivir. Participants visited Rock memorial on 5th May that stands as a source of inspiration & energy for all. They also had darshan of Kanyakumari temple. On 10th May participants trekked onto Marutvamalai hill which is a very significant mountain in many ways.On 11th May they went to see 3 exhibitions in the campus; Gangotri, Arise-Awake and Ramayana Darshanam which gave them an idea and outline about Swamijis Vision, Ekanathjis life and chronology of the epic Ramayana.
The Shivir went on well in a congenial, spiritual atmosphere with moderate discipline and affection.
Many of the participants have expressed their willingness to devote their time & energy for the service of the society through Kendra activities.

PDC Samapan Samaroh at VKV Kallubalu



11.04.2022 to 29.04.2022 Personality Development Camp was conducted in our Vidyalaya. Different Activities during the Camp, Games, Yoga, Dance, Singing, Flute, Sholka Chating, Trekking, outing, etc.,

 On 30th April PDC Samapan Samaroh was organized as chief guest were Sri. Nagaraj A G Managing Director intersects Pvt Ltd Rajajinagar Bangalore.
Guest of Honor Sri.Basavaj Ji All  India Prashikshan Pramukh Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari. Dr.TGK Murthy Ji Retired scientist from ISRO and Ma. Pranati Roy - Shiksha Prasar Vibhag Assam is also present in the program.

Observance of International Nurses Day



 VKV Kallubalu students paid their visit to PHC Mahanthalingapura on 12th May 2022 as the day marks the International Nurses day. Class 9 students of VKV Kallubalu along with their two escorting teachers presented handmade cards to the nurses of the hospital and extended their sincere thanks to the nurses for discharging their duties to the village, especially during the grappled covid situation. A small programme was also held in which students and teachers spoke about the significance of the day by eulogizing the yeoman service rendered by the nurses across the country to mankind. The Doctor, Nurses, and the staff of the PHC express their gratitude to VKV Kallubalu for making the children learn and appreciate things beyond the curriculum.

योग सत्र । भागलपुर नगर




 विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी, शाखा-भागलपुर द्वारा योग सत्र का आयोजन शुक्रवार,22 अप्रैल  2022 से रविवार, 01 मई 2022 तक प्रातः 6:00 - 7:00  बजे राकेश रंजन नवनिर्मित भवन, मोहिद्दनगर, भागलपुर में किया गया।  जिसमे कुल पंजीयन 15 की हुई एवं प्रतिदिन औसतन 11 की उपस्थिति रही।  

दस दिवस के योग सत्र में योगाभ्यास में शिथलीकरण, सूर्यनमस्कार, आसन, प्राणायाम सीखते हुए योगाभ्यास की दैनिक दिनचर्या सीखी। योग के सिधांत एवं अष्टांग योग को अपने जीवन में कैसे आत्मसात कर सकते है यह भी देखा। योग सत्र में सभी प्रतिभागीयों में बड़ी ही उत्साह एवं सिखने की ललक दिखी।

योग सत्र दिनचर्या के अनुरूप 45 मिनट अभ्यास एवं 15 मिनट थ्योरी निमायित चला। आज योग सत्र का समापन दिवस था। योग सत्र के प्रतिभागी भाई राकेश कुमार और बहन सुनीता देवी द्वारा योग सत्र का अनुभव विस्तार से बताया गया। योग सत्र के समापन में मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में आदरणीय डॉ. विजय कुमार वर्मा, बिहार झारखंड सम्पर्क प्रमुख की उपस्थिति रही। उन्होंने विवेकानन्द केंद्र से परिचय करते हुए केंद्र से जुड़ कर समाज के लिए थोडा समय देने के लिए आव्हान किया।

 

योग सत्र | गया नगर




 विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी, शाखा-गया द्वारा योग सत्र का आयोजन शुक्रवार, 15 अप्रैल 2022 से रविवार, 24अप्रैल  2022 तक प्रात: 6:00 - 7:30 बजे तक धर्मशाला भवन, रमना रोड, गया में किया गया। जिसमे कुल पंजीयन 23 की रही; जिसमे ओसतन उपस्थिति  17 की रही।

आज योग सत्र का समापन दिवस था। विशेष उपस्थिति आ. विजय कारण जी, विभाग संचालक, पटना विभाग की रही उन्होंने योग और जीवन शैली कैसा हो, खान पान कैसा हो,  इसपर चर्चा करते हुए उपयुक्त जानकारी दी; एवं प्रो. अरुण कुमार प्रसाद, नगर संचालक, गया नगर  की  रही उन्होंने विवेकानंद केंद्र का परिचय कराया और केंद्र की  गतिविधियों के बारे में जानकारी दी।

योग सत्र के पश्चात वहां योग वर्ग शुभारम्भ करने की योजना है।

Free Medical Camp - VK Arunjyoti



 The Swasthya Seva Manch of Vivekananda Kendra Arun Jyoti, Arunachal Pradesh organized free medical camps in Changlang and East Kameng districts from 5th to 9th April 2022.  Camps were organized at New Longkey, Saimu, Balijan, Khachang and Phanyak villages of Changlang and Bana, Pabua, Pakoti and Seppa Township of East Kameng. 916 patients were examined during the camps and free medicines were given to the needy patients. 13 dental procedures were done. Following Doctors from Nagpur rendered their voluntary services during the camps-

4. Dr. Ravindra Deshpande, General Practitioner

7. Dr. Shailaja Deshpande, BDS, Dental Surgeon

One Medical Social Worker, Smt. Ashwini Girhe also accompanied the team. She and Dr. Mrudula Bapat were engaged in our Swasthya Rakshak training camp where 11 youths from Changlang, Tirap, Longding and Namsai participated. They taught the youths about basic health and hygiene, first-aid, anemia, infectious diseases, village health survey etc.

The participation of the youths as volunteers especially in Seppa area is very encouraging. The villagers of the above mentioned villages are very happy to get services of specialist and highly experienced Doctors at their doorsteps.

Samskar Varga Shibir - Arunachal Pradesh




 Three days residential camp was organised by K.G.B.V, Barap run by V.K.A.J from 1st April to 3rd April 2022.The camp was attended by Hakreso Kri, EAC Khonsa and D.K Thungdok C.O cumEAC incharge Lazu block. About 44  participants attended the camp.The main objective of the camp was to install patriotism among the participants and to start  Smaskar Varga in the villages.

Resource person  were invited from many villages.During this three days, various activities were arranged for participants.The participants were distributed among group and group activities were held.On the first day 1st session was taken by Ad Nokchop Khoiyang on the topic ' Great Personalities'.He is the Sampark Pramukh of Tirap Vibhag and 2 nd session was on the topic 'Personality Development' taken by Ad Telem Kitnya who has s the Nagar Pramukh of Tirap Vibhag.And after the 2nd session was iver , participants did manthan on the topic 'Great Personalities'.

On second day, 1st session was in the topic ' Our culture, Our pride' taken by Ad Sephua Wangsu.He is a member of Tirap indigenous people society and 2nd session was taken by Wanglet Wangsu on the topic 'Rashtra Bhakti' and manthan was in the topic 'Smarkar Varga Kaise?' On the 3rd of the camp , 1srt session was on the topic 'Smaskar Varga kyun aur kaise?' After the session participants did manthan on the topic 'Alpakalin'. During the Samapan Samaroh, there was a feesdback session where participants have shared their experience about the camp. Participants also took sangkalp to start Smaskar Varga in their villages for atleast once or twice in a week.The organising team of K.G.B.V, Barap were able to carry out this camp successfully because of the high commitment and dedication.

Young India - Know Thyself - VK - Delhi





 The Delhi Branch of Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari, has started its third phase of Young India: Know Thyself - A leadership development program. After completing the first and the second phase, that was the registration and online MCQ test in the last months of February and March. Shri Nikhil Yadav, Prant Yuva Pramukh, Vivekananda Kendra, Uttar Prant informed us that our Chanakyapuri center's orientation workshops are organized every Saturday and Sunday. All those students who have appeared in the MCQ test will be called for the workshops. Already we have done four workshops in which students from Swami Sharadhanand, PGDAV morning and evening college, Maharaja Agresen College, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Deen Dayal Upadhyay College have participated.

The orientation starts with an invocation and a small introduction to the participants. Further, an introductory remark is being made to put the participants at ease and provide a road map of the orientation. Then we switch to Geet (a patriotic song).

After introduction and Geet, all the participants are divided into groups, and they move outdoor for the game and further activities. The purpose of the games is to build a team spirit and enhance group dynamics and decision-making among the participants. Further, we moved on to our next activity, i.e., skit presentation, where the groups had to perform a skit on the theme, i.e., Digital India and Atmanirbhar Bharat.

After it came to the group discussion, the topic of GD was "Need to Know Thyself." The GD is concluded with a presentation by the participants and concluding remarks from senior Karyakarta of Vivekananada Kendra.

New Year Celebration - Jodhpur


 नव वर्ष का उत्साह और ऊर्जा के साथ स्वागत
 
विवेकानंद केंद्र कन्याकुमारी शाखा जोधपुर द्वारा नव वर्षाभिनंदन का कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन युवा प्रमुख श्याम मालवीय ने किया। ओंकार और प्रार्थना के साथ कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ हुआ। सभी ने एक दूसरे को तिलक लगाया और मौली बांधी, एक दूसरे को भगवा दुपट्टा पहनाया। उसके बाद केंद्र कार्यकर्ता राज भूतड़ा ने सभी कार्यकर्ताओं का स्वागत किया। उसके पश्चात ब्यावर के युवा प्रमुख रितेश भैया ने यह कल कल छल छल बहती क्या कहती गंगा धारा गीत गाया।

गीत के पश्चात मुख्य वक्ता विवेकानंद केंद्र के जीवनव्रती  दीपक खैरे का उद्बोधन हुआ। अपने उद्बोधन में उन्होंने यह बताया कि तिलक लगाना अपने मनुष्यत्व को जागृत करना, स्वयं को मनुष्य होने का एहसास दिलाना, और अपने अंदर छुपी आध्यात्मिक ऊर्जा का संचार करने का प्रतीक है। एक दूसरे को मौली पहनाना एक दूसरे के साथ मिलकर कार्य करने का संदेश लाना है जो समाज में एक दूसरे से जुड़ कर इस राष्ट्र के लिए राष्ट्र पुनरुत्थान का कार्य करना है। उद्बोधन के पश्चात सभी ने समाज के लिए कार्य करने का संकल्प लिया और भारत मां के समक्ष अपने संकल्प को दोहरा कर माता के चरणों में पुष्पांजलि की। इसके साथ सर्वे भवंतु सुखिनः की कामना करते हुए प्रार्थना कर कार्यक्रम का समापन हुआ। कार्यक्रम में उपस्थितों की संख्या 30 रही।

कन्या पूजन - विवेकानन्द केंद्र भोपाल


 विवेकानन्द केंद्र कन्याकुमारी, शाखा : भोपाल द्वारा चैत्र नवरात्रि पर आनंदालय में आने वाली बहनों का पूजन किया।

आनंदालय के सभी भाईओ ने बहनों के पैर धोये एवम तिलक लगाकर आशीर्वाद लिया और उनको मिठाईया खिलाई ।

Karyakarta Milan at Manipur



Karyakarta Milan is organized by Vivekananda Kendra Manipur Vibhag on 3rd April 2022 with Karyakartas from 1978-1987 Kendra Karya period in Manipur and present batch starting from 2011. Nineteen Karyakartas attended the meet today.

The former team fondly shared the memories of Kendra work and first Sangathak here, Late Vivekananda Royji. It was happy and emotional sharing.

In Kendra parichay, present works of Vivekananda Kendra in various fields and states were briefly delivered. It was followed by open ended discussion on future plan of work in Manipur bivhag.

Karyakarta Milan concluded with shantimantra followed by sahabhojan.

All expressed deep sense of satisfaction on restarting of Kendra work in Manipur.

Vivekananda Kendra NARDEP - Best NGO Award







 Vivekananda Kendra NARDEP receiving Second prize award in Best NGO Category. Shri.G.Vasudeoji, Secretary, Vivekananda Kendra NARDEP receiving the award from the hands of Honourable Jal Shakthi Minister Shri.Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. Kudos to the entire team of Vivekananda Kendra NARDEP Kanyakumari and the well wishers.

Young India -Know Thyself - Vivekananda Kendra - Delhi Branch






 Vivekananda Kendra, Delhi Branch organized its first orientation of Young India: Know Thyself -2022. Shri Nikhil Yadav, Prant Yuva Pramukh, Uttar Prant informed that students from Swami Sharadhanand and PGDAV evening college participated.

We started our orientation with three omkars and Shanti Mantra. We did a small introduction with the participants where we got to know that many participants traveled a long way to attend the orientation. Further, Akriti Didi made an introductory remark to make the participants ease and provide a road map of the orientation. Then we switched to Geet, and it was a patriotic geet, and the energetic participation of candidates made a great environment.

After introduction and Geet, all the participants were divided into four groups, 1. Aryabhatt  2 . Srinivas Ramanujan  3 . Raman primal  4. Shakuntala Devi was led by Himanshu Ji, Atul Ji, Akriti didi Shruti didi, respectively, and we moved out of the conference hall for the game and further activities. The first game we played was Hathi Goda Pal Ki - Jai Kanhiya Lal Ki (an action game where we get to know each other and make the participants comfortable with the environment ). Afterward, all the participants were divided into groups ( Because further, all the activities had to be held in the group only ).

 Additionally, we played three-game Agni Kund, Bhasmasur, and Alphabet, their respective groups. The purpose of these games was to build team spirit and group dynamics among the participants.

Further, we moved on to our next activity, i.e., skit presentation, where one theme, i.e., Digital India or Atmanirbhar Bharat, was given to each team. Everyone actively participated and picturized many ideas( such as Vaccination, Indian export, Defence, manufacturing of goods in India, in Atamnirbhar Bharat, and practical implication of technology in the different sectors under the theme of Digital India .)

After we sat for our group discussion, The topic of GD was Need to Know Thyself. It was a very fruitful discussion; we came to know the different perspectives of the youth. If we summarised our discussion, we could say that it is essential to know ourselves because only we can know the ultimate objective of our life. The process by which we can know ourselves is the self implication in the different situations and introspection. Finally, the session was concluded by Mananiye Shri Manas Ji ,Prant Sangathak, Uttar Prant and Shri Nikhil Yadav, Prant Yuva Pramukh, Vivekananda Kendra, Uttar Prant. We went for group photography, and the orientation was over by providing refreshments to the participants.

Dainik Yoga Abhyaas - Jodhpur



 विवेकानंद केंद्र के जोधपुर के गीता भवन कार्यालय में प्रतिदिन सुबह 6:30 से 7:30 तक योगाभ्यास होता है। इसमें शिथिलीकरण, सूर्य नमस्कार, आसन और प्राणायाम के नियमित अभ्यास होते हैं और साप्ताहिक ध्यान का अभ्यास भी होता है। विवेकानंद केंद्र के योग वर्ग प्रमुख पंकज व्यास ने बताया कि प्रतिदिन लगभग 20 साधक इसमें सहभागी होते हैं और स्वास्थ्य लाभ करते हैं। विवेकानंद केंद्र के विभाग प्रमुख प्रेम रतन सोतवाल ने कहा कि विवेकानंद केंद्र की योग गतिविधियां पिछले दो दशकों से गीता भवन में निरंतर चल रही है और अनेकों ने इसका लाभ उठाया है। जीवनव्रति दीपक खैरे ने कहा कि विवेकानंद केंद्र राजस्थान के अनेक शहरों में नियमित रूप से इस तरह के योग वर्गों का आयोजन करता है। ‌युवा प्रमुख शाम मालवीय ने कहा कि विवेकानंद केंद्र समय-समय पर जोधपुर शहर के विभिन्न पार्कों और सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर योग सत्रों का आयोजन करता है जिससे कि अधिकाधिक लोगों को इसका लाभ मिले। राज भूतड़ा ने बताया कि वे पिछले 5 वर्षों से केंद्र के योग वर्ग में आ रही है और इससे जीवन में अनुशासन लाने और स्वस्थ रहने में उन्हें बहुत मदद मिलती है। जुगल किशोर अग्रवाल ने बताया के योग से जीवन में आनंद प्राप्त होता है और वे पिछले 5 वर्षों से नियमित योगाभ्यास करते हैं। अनीता बोराना दीदी ने बताया कि वह वजन कम करने के लिए नियमित आती है और उसका उन्हें लाभ भी प्राप्त हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों को भी नियमित रूप से योगाभ्यास करना चाहिए। प्रिया अग्रवाल बताया कि उन्हें यहां योग सीखने और सिखाने में मदद मिलती है। नियमित अभ्यासी प्रकाश भाटी, भगवान पंवार, विनीत कपूर, अनुराधा दीदी, मनीष चौहान ने इस योग वर्ग को अत्यंत लाभप्रद बताया और सभी को इसमें सहभागी होने का आह्वान किया।

Samskar Varga Sammelan at VK Madurai




 On 13th March 2022, Vivekananda Kendra Madurai organised Samskar varga Sammelan at TVS Higher Secondary School, Lakshmipuram from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Totally 80 Samskar varga children participated and the organising team consisted of 20 Karyakarthas.

The Sammelan started with prayer at 10 a.m. and it consisted of song practice, aagnyas practice, games, activity session, group discussion and paper drapery like national leaders. All the participants had involved themselves in these samskarvarga activities.

The parents of the participants were invited to the concluding session in the evening. The children presented few samskarvarga activities in front of their parents through which parents were also able to understand the importance of Samskarvarga and Vivekananda Kendra in moulding their children's personality.

The camp concluded with Sarve bavanthu by 5.45 p.m.

योग सत्र । भागलपुर नगर



 विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी, शाखा-भागलपुर द्वारा योग सत्र का आयोजन सोमवार, 7 मार्च 2022 से बुधवार, 16 मार्च 2022 तक प्रातः 6:00 - 7:00  बजे सबौर कॉलेज, सबौर, भागलपुर में किया गया।  जिसमे प्रतिदिन औसतन १० की उपस्थिति रही।  

योग सत्र दिनचर्या के अनुरूप 1 घंटे अभ्यास एवं 30 मिनट थ्योरी निमायित चला।  योग सत्र के समापन में मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में आदरणीय मुकेश कीर, बिहार झारखंड प्रांत संगठक जी की उपस्थिति रही। उन्होंने कहा कि ---
योग के विषय में कहा कि योग 24 घंटे चलने वाली प्रक्रिया है, यह केवल 1 या 2 घंटे करने वाला व्यायाम नहीं है, परंतु शारीरिक व्यायाम से ही हमारी मन बुद्धि और शरीर शक्ति का विकास होग।  इसीलिए हर सुबह योगासन का अभ्यास करना चाहिए साथ ही साथ उन्होंने "बनो और बनो" के विषय बताते हुए कहा कि हम योग अभ्यास करते करते अन्यो को भी अभ्यास कराएं।
