“Pressure to Power – The Vivekananda Way” Session at Noida

Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Uttar Prant, Purvi Delhi Vibhag, Noida Branch organized an inspiring session titled “Pressure to Power – The Vivekananda Way” at ML Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka, New Delhi, under the guidance of Dr. Nikhil Yadav ji and the dedicated team from Vivekananda Kendra, Chanakyapuri.

The programme held on 9th December 2025 was conducted for students of Classes VIII and IX with the objective of empowering young minds to positively channel stress into strength, confidence, and purposeful action, drawing inspiration from the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda.

The session witnessed the enthusiastic participation of over 100 students, who actively engaged in discussions and interactive activities. Through practical examples and thought-provoking interactions, students gained valuable insights into managing academic and emotional pressure, developing inner resilience, and cultivating a strong value-based mindset relevant to contemporary life. The lively interaction and relatable approach ensured sustained attention and meaningful participation throughout the session.

As part of the programme, books based on Swami Vivekananda’s teachings were distributed to all participating students. To further deepen engagement, a book synopsis competition has been announced, with winners to be felicitated during the forthcoming Samartha Bharat Parva celebrations. The programme successfully inspired students to view challenges as opportunities for growth and self-transformation in the true spirit of Swamiji’s message.
