Gita Jayanti at Silchar

Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Tripura Barak Prant, Barak Vibhag, Silchar Branch celebrated Gita Jayanti Utsav with devotion and enthusiasm at the Karyalay on 1st December 2025. A total of 34 people participated in the programme.

The Utsav commenced with the chanting of three Omkars and prayer, followed by a Sanskrit chorus, creating a serene and spiritually uplifting atmosphere. This was followed by a meaningful discussion on Mananeeya Nivedita Didi’s message for Gita Jayanti, wherein participants reflected on the relevance of the Bhagavad Gita’s teachings in contemporary life.

The programme concluded with the recitation of the Shanti Mantra and Kendra Prarthana. The celebration provided an opportunity for collective contemplation, strengthening spiritual values and reinforcing the message of the Bhagavad Gita among the participants.
