The session was conducted by the Karyakartas of Hebbal Nagarsthan, introducing the participants to the benefits of regular Yoga practice for physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The participants enthusiastically took part in the session and appreciated the importance of incorporating Yoga into their daily lives.
As a follow-up initiative, Samparka with the participants is planned to strengthen their association with Vivekananda Kendra and encourage their participation in future Kendra activities.
