Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Karnataka Prant, Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Kallubalu, organized a comprehensive Parents-Teachers Orientation Program for the academic year 2026–27 alongside the 517th Nadaprabhu Kempegouda Jayanti celebration on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the event drew an assembly of 120 participants, including parents, students, and both teaching and non-teaching staff, Sri. Ramesh Godake ji gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest.
The programme commenced with Shanti Path rendered by Kumari Vijayalakshmi (Class V), followed by Vivekvani by Kumar Ajith (Class VI). Smt. Archana Didi welcomed the gathering, and the students of Class X presented the musical skit "Desh Hume Deta Hai Sab Kuch." The teaching and non-teaching staff were introduced to the parents by the students. Kumari Varsha and Kumari Bhavya demonstrated the school's 3D Printer. Shri Rajesh Sir explained the school rules and regulations, Smt. Anjali Didi shared important office updates, and Smt. Manjula B. Didi introduced the features and benefits of the Campus Dean App. Shri Parappa Sir highlighted the importance of celebrating festivals and utsavas, while Shri Rajesha Sir presented a video showcasing the school's annual activities.
During the experience-sharing session, Shri Kiran Sir, a well-wisher of the school, shared how the school's culture and activities positively influence students, and Kumari Kavita (Class IX) spoke about the value-based education imparted by the school. Ma. Lalitha Didi delivered an inspiring guidance session, sharing meaningful stories that emphasized the importance of faith, character building, and life skills in a student's life.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Shri Nagaraj Sir, followed by the Shanti Mantra led by Smt. Pratima Didi, reinforcing the partnership between parents and teachers in nurturing the holistic development of students.
