The students were guided through a systematic routine starting with gentle loosening exercises to prepare the body, followed by a sequence of standing, sitting, prone, and supine asanas. To harmonize their mental state, the participants practiced Anuloma-Viloma and Bhramari pranayama.
The successful program concluded with the chanting of the Shanti Mantra, leaving the students with a deeper understanding of yoga as a tool for personal and national upliftment.
