IOCL-VIVEKANANDA KENDRA HOSPITAL is a public private
participatory project at IOCL Township, Paradip between INDIAN OIL
CORPORATION LIMITED, REFINERY TOWNSHIP PARADIP, ODHISHA &
VIVEKANANDA KENDRA, KANYAKUMARI for ensuring quality health services
through the 6 bedded hospital to the employees of IOCL. The company’s
Corporate Social Responsibility foundation is strengthened by
Vivekananda Kendra’s sound management experience in carrying out medical
& allied activities through the full fledged hospital. Services
presently available in the hospital are General Medicine, Pediatrics,
O&G, Anesthetist, Pathology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dental,
Physiotherapy, Cardiology, 24 hours Pharmacy, both BLS & ALS
ambulance service. The hospital bed strength will be increased to 22 in a
phased manner.

Salary Structure

On successful completion of their probation period of 12 months the total CTC at the minimum basic of the scale will be respectively as follows approximately :-
