North East Calling Webinar 2020

 Since last 5 years, Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari has been organized special program on North-East India. In addition to this year is auspicious occassion of 50th years of Vivekananda Rock Memorial. This year, program was organized online on 12 september 2020.

Hon. Niveditadidi Bhide, Vice President, Vivekananda Kendra narrated the story behind construction of Vivekananda Rock Memorial, foundation of Vivekananda Kendra and their importance in present days with special documentary on Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Vivekananda Kendra.

Hon. Ajitji Doval, National Security Adviser for India discussed specialty of North East Region, its importance for India, problems there, actions needed and contribution of Vivekananda Kendra.

Hon. Gurumurthiji, well-known journalist, economist and currently President of Vivekananda International Foundation enlightened the audience regarding concept of "Atmanirbhar Bharat" embedded in Indian Philosophy for thousands of years, current thinking and way forward.

Hon. NIveditadidi Bhide conveyed the vote of thanks to the pannel and audience. Program was concluded with the Shanti Mantra.

बदलते समाज के लिए प्रकृति शाश्वत मूल्य :- डॉ. मनीष सिंघल

 विमर्ष कार्यक्रम का विषय "बदलते समाज के लिए शाश्वत मूल्य" था। जिसके मुख्य वक्ता :- डॉ. मनीष सिंघल जी, प्राध्यापक XLRI, जमशेदपुर थे।

• सर्व प्रथम उन्होंने विवेकानन्द शिलास्मारक की 50वें वर्ष में चल रहे संपर्क कार्यक्रम विवेकानन्द शिलास्मारक :- एक भारत विजयी भारत" चर्चा किया।
• फिर उन्होंने पूरे कार्यक्रम में कैसे जुड़े रहे उन बिंदुओं पर प्रकाश डाला।
• बाहर के बदलती प्रस्थिति के अनुसार अपने अंदर की प्रस्थिति को बदलना पड़ेगा।
• भारतवर्ष में नवरस की संकल्पना है।
• प्रत्येक कार्य के लिए भावना होना आवश्यक है। आप कहीं भी चाहे, आपकी दुकान हो, घर हो या कोई संग़ठन बिना भावना के आप काम नही कर सकते।
•  उन्होमे अपने उद्बोधन में कोरोना काल की भी चर्चा की। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रकृति पहले भी नही बदली थी और अभी भी नही बदली है। न सूर्य की दूरी की दूरी  में परिवर्तन हुआ है ना, चंद्रमा की दूरी में।
•  हमे अपने समाज को भी संगठित करने ले लिए अपना बहुमूल्य समय देना चाहिए।
• भावना भी सकारात्मक और नाकारात्मक होती है। जैसे प्रेम सकारात्मक भावना है और घृणा नाकारात्मक भावना है।
कार्यक्रम का समापन धन्यवाद ज्ञापन और शान्तिमन्त्र के साथ हुआ। कार्यक्रम में विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी, बिहार-झारखंड प्रान्त के अधिकारी श्री सतेंद्र कुमार शर्मा, दयाशंकर पांडेय, ओर श्री मुकेश कीर जी समलित हुए। विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी, शाखा- रांची के संयोजक, डॉ शिवशंकर प्रशाद जी और अन्य समर्पित कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित हुए।

 

 

Competitions on Universal Brotherhood Day - Madurai

 On the occasion of Universal Brotherhood Day, Vivekananda Kendra Madurai organised Drawing and Elocution competitions for school students. The competitions were conducted online and 37 students from various districts of Tamil Nadu enthusiastically participated in the competitions.

The felicitation program was held on 12.09.20 through G-Meet from 11 a.m.  to 12 p.m. Nearly 35 students joined the program. The program started with prarthana and a short introduction about Kendra and its activites was given by Sri. M. Palaniappan Ji, Vyavastha Pramukh, VK Madurai. Sri. S. Prabakaran Ji gave the Ashirvachan in which the importance of Swamiji’s message to the world was conveyed.

Sri. D. Rajasekaran Ji, Anandalaya Pramukh, VK Madurai announced the names of those who have secured first three places in both the competitions. Their drawings were displayed and speeches were broadcast. All the participants were provided with E-Certificates of participation.

All the participants were informed about the online Samskar Varga which is being conducted every Sunday through Google Meet. All expressed their willingness to join the Samskar Varga through their reply. Sri. A. Selvaraj Ji, Nagar Pramukh, VK Madurai gave the happy address and the program was concluded with Sarve Bavanthu and Kendra Prarthana.

Universal Brotherhood Day Celebration at Gaya, Bihar

 Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Branch-Gaya celebrated  Universal Brotherhood Day on 11 sept. On this occasion a Vimarsh was organised on the topic "Bhartiya Sanskrit me Vishwa Vandhutwa ki Avdharna aur iski prasangikta".  Programme started with 3 Omkaras and Shanti path followed by patriotic song. Dr V K Karan Nagar Sanchalak welcomed all present and introduced Dr Radhanand Singh the main speaker. Prof Arun kr Prasad Say Nagar Sanchalak gave Introductory lecture on the  topic. Later on The chief speaker Dr Radhanand Singh, eminent scholar and literature  elaborated in detail the topic of the day and quoting Upanishads and lectures of Swami ji at Chicago world Parliament of religions on 11th September and later on by his total 6 lectures stressed the relevance of concept of Vadudhaiv Kutumbakam even today.  Vote of thanks was given by SMT Veena Gupta Nagar Pramukh. Programme concluded with shanti mantra.

भारतीय संस्कृति की देन : विश्वबंधुत्व

 विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी, शाखा-पटना के द्वारा विश्वबंधुत्व दिवस के सुअवसर पर ऑनलाइन विमर्श का आयोजन आज दिनाँक :- 11/09/2020 को संध्या 5 बजे किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम ऑनलाइन गूगल मीट पर किया गया। जिसके मुख्य वक्ता श्री अभयानंद जी(IPS) , पूव महानिदेशक, बिहार रहे। कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ तीन ओम कर पार्थना ओर गीत के माध्यम से हुआ। फिर विवेक वाणी के पश्चात मुख्य वक्ता का उद्बोधन शुरू हुआ।

मुख्य वक्ता श्री अभयानंद जी ने कहा विश्व बंधुत्व को मनुष्य के खुद की शरीर की बनाबट से जोड़ बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस प्रकार मनुष्य के शरीर के अंग आपस मे एक दूसरे से समंजयस्य स्थापित करके रखते है तभी हमारा शरीर अच्छे से काम करती है। सामाजिक कटुता को दूर करने के लिए उन्होंने कहा कि सर्वप्रथम हमें अपने अंदर के कटुता को खत्म करना होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि सिर्फ सरकार को कोसने से कुछ नही होगा। हमे अपने स्तर से समाज मे सेवा देने होगा।

कार्यक्रम विषयवस्तु सामान्य जान को विश्वबंधुत्व की संकल्पना समझना रहा जो कि सार्थक रहा।
