Tinsukia Branch of Vivekananda Kendra had organized a special session of Vimarsh on August,17,2015. The programme was arranged as a part of Birth Centenary Celebration of Mananeeya Ekanthaji Ranade, Founder of Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari and was attended by 99 people. The topic of the vimarsh was 'service to humanity is to worship to Divinity which was delivered by Sri Hanumanthraoji, All India treasure, Vivekananda Kendra. In his enlightening and thought provoking speech Hanumanthrowji said that the whole universe is not created by god. In this light service is not somthing that is rendered out of pity and compassion but it is our duty. He highlighted the fact that spirituality is in service to humanity. The real cause of our dissatisfaction is because we don't bother about the god in man and don't perceive man as god. He emphasises on the dimensions of service viz...
1 : service and worship
2 : service as worship
3 : service is worship
That service is best which is rendered without any thought of self or wish for return.
