The program commenced on a serene note with prayers and the ceremonial Deepa Prajwalan by guests and elders, followed by a Subhashitha recitation by Kum. Pallavi and a warm welcome address by Smt. Renuka Didi. R.T. Nagar Sanchalak Adarneeya Shri Purushottam Ji addressed the gathering on the importance of Guru Purnima and the traditional Guru-Shishya lineage.
Delivering the keynote address, Adarneeya Shri Prasad A.P. Ji, Karnataka Prant Pramukh, VRMVK highlighted the sacred role of a Guru in a student's life, beautifully defining "Gu" as darkness and "Ru" as the remover signifying the Guru as the illuminator who banishes ignorance. The atmosphere was further enriched by soulful Guru bhajans and an engaging activity conducted by Shri Bharath Ji.
The celebration concluded gracefully with the offering of flowers to Omkara, the recitation of the Shanti Mantra and Kendra Prarthana, followed by the distribution of Prasada.
