Compered by Smt. Sravani and Sri Vishwajeet Bhaiya, the evening commenced with the chanting of Guru Vandana Shlokas, devotional songs from Padavali by the Samskara Varga children, the lighting of the lamp Deepa Prajwalana, and the solemn recitation of the Aikya Mantra. a warm welcome address and an insightful talk on the significance of Guru Poornima by Sri Chandru Ji, Sanchalak, Hebbal Kendra, along with a Kendra Parichaya by Ms. Smitha Ji detailing the objectives and activities of Vivekananda Kendra.
Musical offerings continued with a devotional song by the Bhuvaneswari Bhajan Mandali, followed by soulful renditions of “Guru Mata Pita” by youth karyakarta Sri.Vishwajeet Bhaiya and “Paa Liye Humne” by Smt. Rajashree Akka.
Celebrating the graduation of the latest Yoga Teacher Training batch, trainees Sri. Parama Ji and Sri. Kantaraju Ji shared their transformative experiences, which were complemented by a lively Garba dance performance by the graduating trainees.
Deeply devotional Bhajan sessions led by Ms. Abinnaya Ji and team, as well as Ms. Ramya Ji and team, enriched the spiritual ambience before certificates were formally presented to the new yoga teachers.
The gathering was then addressed by Shri Prasad Anna, Karnataka Prant Pramukh, VRMVK who delivered an inspiring message on the ideals of man-making and nation-building. He emphasised the importance of keeping these ideals at the forefront of our lives and highlighted how Yoga can serve as a powerful means to realise the vision of Swami Vivekananda, further carried forward through the work of Eknathji.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Astha Ji, the chanting of the Shanti Mantra, and the serving of Amrit Bhojan to all attendees, marking a memorable and grand success.
