Vivekananda Kendra Assam Prant, branch-Tinsukia, organized one Medical Camp at Jhinga Basti of Tinsukia district of Assam on 13th September. A total 216 patients were examined in the camp and free medicines were distributed accordingly. Most of the patients were suffering from fever, cold, cough and various skin related diseases as entire village was badly affected in the recent devastating flood. Dr.S.D. Singh from Tinsukia accompanied our medical team.It is to be mentioned that some well-wisher Doctors from Mumbai sent medicines to Vivekananda Kendra for the flood relief work.
