The event commenced with a prayer, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere. Shri Bharath Ji then addressed the gathering, introducing the mission and vision of Vivekananda Kendra, which is deeply inspired by the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda ji. His words highlighted the importance of imbibing Vivekananda’s values in daily life. Following this, a student narrated Viveka Vani and explained its meaning, emphasizing the timeless messages of Swami Vivekananda that continue to inspire generations.
To engage the students creatively, a drawing competition was organized, where participants expressed their ideas with enthusiasm and imagination. Additionally, Shri Bharath Ji conducted a quiz based on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda, which saw active participation and showcased the students’ knowledge and interest in Swamiji’s philosophy. Adding vibrancy to the celebration, some children came dressed as Swami Vivekananda, symbolizing his inspiring personality and ideals.
The program concluded with the chanting of the Shanti Mantra led by Shri Bharath Ji, leaving the audience with a sense of peace, inspiration, and renewed commitment to the values of Swami Vivekananda.
