Vimarsha on ‘Dharma – The Soul of India’ at various places of Telangana

Vimarsha on ‘Dharma – The Soul of India’ was organised in three Nagars –Nellore [25 September 2015] as well as Srikakulam and Rajamahendravaram on 17 and 18 Oct 2015 respectively. The Key Speaker - on both the occasions was Sri Sowmithri Lakshmanachary, Co-convenor, Swadeshi Jagaran Manch, Telangana Praant and Member, MEJSP, Vivekananda Kendra - Telugu Praant. He spoke about various aspects about Dharma and how Swami Vivekananda’s life and teachings influenced generations of people and impacted the destiny of India.
Nellore
Key Speaker: Mananeeya Hanumanthraoji, Jeevanvrati & All India Treasurer, Vivekananda Rock Memorial & Vivekananda Kendra.
Sri Acharya Aaditya, Founder, Aaditya Degree College and Nagar Sanchalak, Vivekananda Kendra Nellore was present. Sri Subba Rao, Nagar Pramukh conducted the program. Mananeeya Hanumanthrao ji spoke on various aspects of Dharma, how it is the foundation, the arch stone of our lives, its relation to artha, kama and moksha as well as its subtle nuances.
Srikakulam
The programme was conducted by the Nagar Pramukh, Sri A. Appala Naidu. The Special Guest, Justice Jagannadhamji spoke on Swami Vivekananda’s contribution to re-building the confidence of Indians on Dharms. Addressing the audience, Prof H. Lajapat Rai, Vice Chancellor, Dr BR Ambedkar University, Srikakulam, said that Dharma is scientific, verifiable laws of the universe. It is around these that our social life has been built. India needs to understand its contribution and take it to the West.

Welcoming the audience, Dr. Suguna, Principal, SKR Women’s college, and Nagar Pramukh, Vivekananda Kendra Rajamahendravaram, said that this program marks the formal launch of the Kendra activities in this historic town.
In the forenoon, Sri Lakshmanachary powerfully addressed the Open University students on the topic, ‘Swami Vivekananda and Personality Development’. Kum Sujatha Nayak, Prant Sangathak spoke about Vivekananda Kendra and focus programs for youth. Dr Sanjeev Rao, Convenor, Open University, Rajahmundry appealed to the students to participate in the Kendra activities for Nation-building. Sri PVS Karthik, Telugu Praant Asmita Pramukh, conducted the program.
