Joy of Giving week - Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Tezpur

On the eve of Gandhi and Shastri Jayanti the Vivekananda Kendra Vidhyalaya, Tezpur tried to make its children cognizant of the contentment one can achieve by giving and urged them to give the things they don’t use anymore and yet in good condition, viz. clothes, sweaters, shoes, toys, tiffin/pencil boxes etc. The students showed sheer enthusiasm and we collected a reasonable quantity of donatives in two days. We intended to distribute the collection among some of the disadvantaged children of Baahbari Village on 5 th October, 2016. We were all set to go for it but we encountered a little difficulty in making the computerized banner for the occasion due to day long power cut in the town on that very day. However the problem was solved easily by the effort of some of our creative teachers and students. They instantly prepared the logo for Daan Utsav and a “manual banner” was all ready.

Then we went to the village and felt fulfilled to see some 70 children waiting for us in the Anandalaya. First the children were greeted with a lead and follow song and then the distribution of the things started. After completing the distribution we all gathered for a group photo. The children were euphoric. We got a precious return against our small effort- their Smiles. The divine smiles. We returned with our minds full of bliss.

Kolkata 27th October Ramkrishna Mission Cultural Institute and Nivedita Mission jointly organized  Nivedita Smarak  speeches on the eve of 150th birth anniversary of Bhagini Nivedita. Nivedita mission organized essay writing competition in  eleven schools of Kolkata  and choose the best student from each schools. The Eknath Ranade proskar was handed over to the mothers of the students and it is the Educational equipments like dictionary, globe , geometry box pen and copies for  one year. The Pruaskar was handed over by Sri Tathagata Roy Hon Governor of Tripura. In this evening Sister Christine Proskar was also handed over to the girls for Rangoli competition.

Dignitaries present in the function was Sri Kesharinath Tripathy, Hon Governor of West Bengal, Swami Balavdrajinanda Maharaj Asst secretary of RKM ,Swami Suprananandaji Maharaj, Swami Tyagibaranandaji and Sri S.S. Aluwalia state minister Agriculture and parliamentary affairs Govt of India.

रांची में व्यक्तित्व विकास शिविर

विवेकानन्द केंद्र कन्याकुमारी की शाखा की ओर से रांची के दस बडे स्कुलों के बच्चों का व्यक्तित्व विकास शिविर दिनांक 13-10-2016 से 16- 10-2016 तक डी ए वी़ आकाश पब्लिक स्कुल काॅके रोड में आयोजित किया गया । जिसमें 34 चयनित बच्चों का शारिरिक मानसिक एवं बौद्विक विकास कार्यक्रम हुआ । उक्त कार्यक्रम में रांची एवं पटना के कई प्रबुद्व लोगों ने बच्चों का मनोबल बढाया।

कार्यक्रम का समापन झ्रारखंड उच्च न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश और राज्य उपभोक्ता संरक्षण आयोग के अध्यक्ष श्री रमेश कुमार मेरतिया और विनोद गड़यान जी के कर कमलों से सम्पन्न हुआ। पूर्व न्यायाधीश ने अपने सम्बोधन में कहा कि बच्चों का सम्पूर्ण विकास की आवश्यकता को विवेकानन्द केन्द्र ने अनुभव किया और इस निमित शिविर का आयोजन किया गया है। उन्होने विवेकानन्द की जीवनी पर प्रकाश डालते हुआ कहा कि वह तीन दिनों तक कन्याकुमारी स्थीत शिला पर ध्यान किया और तब देश को नई दिशा देने का काम किया उनकी साधना से यूवाओं को प्रेरणा लेनी चाहिए। मात्र चालिस वर्ष की आयु में पूरी दुनिया के लोगो के प्रेरणा स्त्रोत बने।

कार्यशाला के सफल आयोजन में केंद्र के बिहार झ्रारखंड संगठक मुकेश कीर राजेश अग्रवाल, सुरेश प्रसाद नमिता पांडेय अभिषेक गौरव माधव मिनाक्षी ने सहयोग दिया।

One Day Youth Motivational Camp at Karnawati

One Day Youth Motivtional Camp was organized under Safal Yuva - Samarth Bharat Programme. The whole Camp was divided into three parts. Games , Suryanamskar and Group Discussion followed by Concluding session . The Camp was started with Teen Omkar , Prathna. Then Motivational Geet had been sung by Yuva karyakarta. All the above mentioned three parts had an essential part of this Motivational camp. The concluding session had been taken by Dr. Kamlesh Upadyay.

बीना। विवेकानंद केन्द्र बीओआरएल चिकित्सालय व महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में विवेकानंद केन्द्र बीओआरएल चिकित्सालय में दिनांक 25 अक्टूबर 2016, मंगलवार को आंगनबाडी कार्यकर्ता व निरीक्षकों को प्रोजेक्ट संजीवनी के द्वितीय चरण की शुरूआत के पूर्व एक प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। बच्चों में कुपोषण को दूर करने के लिए उक्त प्रोजेक्ट का संचालन किया जाता है। कार्यशाला में विवेकानंद केन्द्र बीओआरएल चिकित्सालय के चिकित्सा अधीक्षक व वरिष्ठ शिशु एवं बाल रोग विशेषज्ञ डाॅ . राजकुमार कयाल ने सभी को प्रशिक्षण दिया।

कार्यशाला में महिला बाल विकास विभाग की बाल विकास परियोजना अधिकारी श्रीमती संध्या शिन्दे व पर्यवेक्ष श्रीमती निशा रतले व बीओआरएल के उप-प्रबंधक श्री नवीन सिंह गहरवार व सहायक प्रबंधक श्री सायन चटर्जी, विवेकानंद केन्द्र बीओआरएल चिकित्सालय के प्रशासनिक अधिकारी श्री गिरीश कुमार पाल, मेडिको सोशल वर्कर श्री सौरभ मराठे, डाॅ . दीपाली कयाल, डाॅ. आशीष तिवारी सहित अन्य अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। कार्यशाला में डाॅ . कयाल ने कहा कि यदि हमें स्वस्थ व समर्थ भारत चाहिए तो हमें नई पीढी को कुपोषण से बचाना होगा। बुजुर्गों की सेवा से हमें जो पुण्य मिलता है, उससे भी कहीं अधिक पुण्य हमें नवजात शिशुओं और छोटे बच्चों को कुपोषण से बचाने से मिलता है। जब बच्चों का कुपोषण मिटेगा तभी हमारा खुशहाल होगा। उन्होने सभी को उक्त पक्ष की तकनीकी व बारिकियों से भी अवगत कराया।

कार्यशाला के प्रारंभ में सभी कार्यकर्ताओं विवेकानंद केन्द्र व चिकित्सालय का एक वीडियो दिखाया गया। जिसके बाद एक लिखित परीक्षा ली गई जिसके माध्यम से उनका कुपोषण के प्रति ज्ञान जांचा गया। तत्पश्चात् डाॅ . राजकुमार कयाल द्वारा उन्हे स्तनपान, पूरक आहार, बच्चों व प्रसूताअों में होने वाली आम बीमारियां व स्वच्छता के विषय में जानकारी दी गई । वहीं सभी कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा कार्यक्षेत्र में आने वाली परेशानी व अनुभव बताए गए। कार्यशाला के अंत में उन्हे रोचक खेल भी खिलाए गए। बीओआरएल की ओर से सभी निरीक्षक व कार्यकर्ताओं को स्मृति चिन्ह प्रदान किए। कार्यशाला में सभी का आभार श्रीमती संध्या शिंदे ने व्यक्त किया।
