150th Anniversary of Nation Song Vande Mataram Celebrated at VKV Changlang

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh commemorated the 150th Anniversary of the national song Vande Mataram with great enthusiasm and reverence on 7th November 2025. The programme was graced by the presence of Shri Vishal Sah, Deputy Commissioner, Changlang, along with Principal Smt. Priyanka Tiwari, faculty members, 270 students, 17 officials from the administrative department, and 8 other attendees.

The celebration began with a soulful rendition of Vande Mataram by the students, joined by the Deputy Commissioner, Principal, and teachers, creating an atmosphere filled with patriotism and unity. The melodious chorus evoked deep pride and respect for the nation.

Following the song, all participants—students, teachers, and administrative officials—watched the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s live address, which enriched the occasion. His message underscored the historical significance of Vande Mataram and its enduring role in strengthening national unity.

The programme concluded with light refreshments, marking the end of a memorable celebration that rekindled a profound sense of national pride among all who attended.
