Vivekanandha Kendra,kannyakumari rural development program`s kovilpatti branch in association with kovilpatti divisional police department have conducted a yoga program on 21.06.2018 in police ground,kovilpatti. The function was started with a lamp liting by Mrs.Raja pandi of police department. The Chief guest Mr.Jebaraj,Deputy Superindent of Police preside over the function. Mrs.Jega Jothi,Retired teacher conveyed the glory address , followingly the yoga practices took place. There are about 75 police officers and staffs,50 students from 2 colleges and school students more than 100 have took part in this program.About 30 kendra members and 50 public people have undergone this program. Tottaly people more than 300 have took part in this program. During this program, various aasanas such as loosing exercise suryanamaskaram ,pranayamam, and savasana have been conducted. The welcome address was given by Mr.Arumugam ,marriapan watch company . The vote of thanks was delivered by Mr.Paramaguru,Kendra organizer(RDP)
