Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari Kovilpatti Branch conducted 7days yoga satra at Kovilpatti Nadar Kamraj Metric School from 21st to 27th May 2017. Participants learn about Relaxation Technique, SuryaNayaskar, Assan, Pranayam and also get first hand experience of Neti Kriya.
