गुरू पूर्णिमा उत्सव : भोपाल

विवेकानन्द केंद्र कन्याकुमारी शाखा भोपाल द्वारा गुरू पूर्णिमा उत्सव का आयोजन अ.भा.वि.प. के सभागार में किया गया ! इस आयोजन में “स्वामी विवेकानन्द और विश्व गुरू भारत” विषय पर व्याख्यान रखा गया था वक्ता के रूप मे रा.स्व.से.संघ के क्षेत्र प्रचारक माननीय रामदत्त जी चक्रधर का मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त हुआ ! रामदत्त जी विषय का आरम्भ करते हुए बताया कि यदि आज हम भारत को विश्व गुरू के पद पर प्रतिष्ठित करने हेतु संकल्पित है तो निश्चित रूप से यह पूर्व में विश्व गुरू रहा है यह सिद्ध होता है इसलिए जिन कारणों से भारत की यह प्रतिष्ठा थी उन्हें जानने का प्रयास करना होगा, यूनान , मिस्र और रोम यदी इस जहां से मिटे है तो इसका क्या अर्थ है क्या वहां का भूगोल समाप्त हो गया या वहां लोग नहीं हैं किन्तु ऐसा नहीं वे अपनी सभ्यता अपनी संस्कृति को खो बैठे है और इतनी चुनौतियों का प्रतिसाद करता भारत यदि आज भी खड़ा है तो उसका मूल कारण यहाँ की संस्कृती ही है !

स्वामी विवेकानंद ने कहा है भारत को अपने स्वत्व के बल पर उठाना होगा वह स्वत्व है यहाँ का धर्म यहाँ की आध्यात्मिकता ! रामदत्त जी ने कहा भारत में शांति स्थापित करने के लिए ईसाई मिशनरी , स्लाम एवं साम्यवाद जैसे अनेक प्रयास हुए किन्तु सेवा के नाम पर धर्म परिवर्तन अपने क्षुद्र स्वार्थ के कारण ये सब विफल रहे ! हिंदुत्व ही शांति स्थापना में सफल रहा इसी बात पर स्वामी जी को गर्व था वे कहते थे गर्व से कहो में हिन्दू हूँ ........ !

विदेशियों की छाती पर खड़े होकर उन्होंने हिंदुत्व की प्रतिष्ठा की ११ सितम्बर १८९३ से पूर्व और उसके बाद के इतिहास का अध्ययन करें तो स्वयं हमें

अंतर दीख पड़ेगा कैसे अपने स्वत्व के बोध की ताकत से स्वामी जी ने आत्मविश्व जाग्रत किया था ! अर्थात आत्मबोध, हिंदुत्व का भान , और सकारात्मक कार्यों की क्षमता में वृद्धि यही वे मार्ग है जिससे वर्तमान की नैतिक पतन से जुडी सभी चुनौतियों से लड़ सकते है !

कार्यक्रम का आरम्भ ॐ प्रार्थना से हुआ, प्रस्तावना में संक्षिप्त केंद्र व उत्सव परिचय दिया गया ! आभार प्रांत प्रमुख श्री रामभुवन जी ने माना ! आगामी सार्धशती समारोह के कार्यक्रमों की सूचना ,सर्वे भवन्तु .... से कार्यक्रम का समापन हुआ ! सभी केंद्र कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ नगर के प्रबुद्ध जन उपस्थित थे.

GURU PURNIMA AT GOLGI-BOTE DONYIE POLO GANGGING, ITANAGAR

To upkeep the Guru Sisya Parampara ,Vivekananda Kendra had organized Guru purnima program in Golgi- Bote Donyi Polo Gangging near State Museum ,Itanagar on 21st July 2013. While welcoming Shri Anong Perme ,the president of Golgi-Bote Donyie Polo Gangging, Itanagar explained about the Swami Vivekananda and the importance of the Day. Shri Suresh Lama presented the welcome Song ,

Shri Kalyan Dutta ,Nagar Pramukh, Vivekananda Kendra while explaining has informed that the Guru Purnima  day is actually Birth Date of Vedavyasa  who edited the Vedas and established the Guru tradition for protecting our traditional knowledge. He said,”Being a Priest or Rishi means opening out of a heart, to have a large heart. The  good of others, the good of Nation becomes the main passion. Selflessness and’ I and my ‘ has no place in Rishihood. Guru poornima Day is to remind us to acquire these qualities, to become a Rishi or priest to make us resolve for establishing India again on the throne of Jagat guru..It is a day to retreat the vision and mission of our Rishis”Krivanto Vishwam Aryam” Literal meaning of Utsava is taking up –elevating. Beloved Tamak Tomuk ,The Priest of Golg-i Bote Donyie Polo Ganging was  Felicitated on this occasion by Vivekananda Kendra’s .The Chief Guest of the Occasion Mananeeya Tani Jonkey ,Joint Commissioner ( Tax and excise ) Govt. of AP handed over the award and the Citation for his yeoman Service to  the society.

Shri Komin Patir, organizer of the programme Congratulate Beloved Tamak Tamuk ,The recipient of Best Taabe of Gogi Bote Gangging Itanagar  and briefed about the yearlong programme of  150th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. 

GURU PURNIMA AT CENTRE NYDER NAMLO DOIMUK, ARUNACHAL

Miss Tana Yapu, welcomed  the gathering on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima celebration at, The auditorium of CENTRE NYDER NAMLO DOIMUK .

Shri Pai Dawe explained the importance of Guru Purnima recalling the Guru- Sisya relation from time immemorial,  citing the examples of Aacharyas  Dronacharya , Ekalavya and Arjun .In the context to Arunachal Pradesh Society ,the Nyibus and Nyegams are the supposed to be the Gurus who shows the path of light and intelligence.

Shri Nabam Atum, Chairman of state level celebration committee of 150th Birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda congregated Shri Tana Teti for being felicitated and complemented Karaykartas of VK Arun Jyoti for felicitating one of the senior most Priest (Nyibu) of Namlo and works of VK AJ in AP.

Beloved Tana Teti, Priest of Central Nyedar Namlo, Doimukh was felicitated on this occasion by Vivekananda Kendra’s Yuva Shakti’s Pramukh Shri Pai Dawe and handed over the award and the Citation for his yeoman Services and contribution towards the society.

Shri Taba Tatup, Prant Karyalaya Pramukh of Vivekananda Kendra. He appealed one and all to take active participation in the yearlong celebration of Swami Vivekananda .and Send the message of Wake Bharat and enlighten the world to Nook and corner of the state.

Shri Taring Dakme thanked all the participants and specially congratulated Shri Tana Teti the recipient of the award for coming and being the part of the programme.

कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर : राजस्थान

विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी राजस्थान प्रान्त द्वारा दिनांक 23 जून से 28 जून 2013 तक कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण शिविर का आयोजन विनायक विद्यापीठ करोही, भीलवाड़ा में अयोजित किया गया। जिसमें 55 शिविरार्थियो ने भाग लिया तथा 16 कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे । शिविर में 61 भाई व 10 बहिने थी। रविवार 23 जून शाम को सभी शिविरार्थियो का पंजिकरण किया गया । शिविरमें गण के नाम राजा भास्कर सेतूपती, स्वामी निश्चयानन्द , जय जय गुडवीन, स्वामी शरदचन्द, आलासिंगा पेरुमल, क्षिर भवानी, भवतारीणी रखे गये।

प्रथम दिनः सोमवार 24 जून से शिविर की नियमित गति विधियाँ प्रारम्भ हुई । उदघाटन सत्र के मुख्य अतिथि श्री बनवारी जी मुरारका, उद्योगपति भीलवाड़ा, शिविर अधिकारी बृजमोहन पारीक तथा प्रान्त प्रमुख भगवान सिंह जी, उपस्थित थे । श्री भगवान सिंह जी द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई प्रथम दिन का मन्थन विषय सेवा कार्य, युवा सेवा कार्य से कैसे जुडे पर गणसः मन्थन प्रस्तुति की गई ।   द्वितीय सत्र् सेवा कार्यरचना दीदी ने बताया कि कोई भी कार्य प्रेरणा के बिना सम्भव नही होता हैं दूसरो के लिए रत्तीभर सोचने से अपने ह्रदय मे से सिंह जैसा बल प्राप्त होता हैं, विभिन्न रोचक उदाहरणो के द्वारा सेवा कार्य के बारे में बताया गया ।

द्वितिय दिनः द्वितिय दिन का प्रथम सत्र ‘‘स्वामी विवेकानन्द और भारतीय संस्कृति’’ विषय पर था जिनको आ. राजेष जी समदानी द्वारा व्यक्त किया गया । उन्होने बताया कि पायश्चात्य संस्कृति का चरम लक्ष्य भौतिकता का उपभोग करना परन्तु भारतीय संस्कृति का आधार त्याग और सेवा रहा है। भारतीय संस्कृति की विभिन्न विशेषताओ का वर्णन उनके द्वारा किया गया । शिविरार्थियो को सत्संग व स्वाध्याय करने का आग्रह किया गया । मन्थन चर्चा का विषय "उतिष्ठत! जाग्रत !" पुस्तक से रखा गया । द्वितिय सत्र् ‘‘धरती धोरा री’’ आ. गोबिन्द जी गौड़ द्वारा लिया गया, राजस्थान के राजा महाराजाओ का इतिहास यहाँ के बलिदान की शोर्य गाथाँए, भारत का इतिहास कब व कैसा रहा इन सबको स्पष्ट रूप से बिन्दुवार तिथि सहित प्रस्तुत किया जो शिविरार्थी यो को अत्यन्त प्रभावित किया ।

तृतीय दिनः  तृतीय दिन का प्रथम सत्र ‘‘कथा शिलास्मारक की’’ शिविर प्रमुख अविनाष भैया द्वारा लिया गया । उन्होने मा. एकनाथ जी के बारे में बताते हुए किस प्रकार शिलास्मारक का निर्माण करवाया, कैसी विपरीत परिस्थितियो में भी स्मारक निर्माण की रोचक घटना के बारे में बताया गया । इसी दिन मन्थन का विषय कार्यकर्ता निर्माण विषय पर रहा जिनको आ. शकुन्तला दीदी द्वारा समझाया गया कि एक केन्द्र कार्यकर्ता मे क्या क्या गुण होने चाहिए उसे समाज मे कैसे रहना है । द्वितीय सत्र कार्यप्रणाली एवं कार्यपद्धति बौद्धिक प्रमुख सांवर भैया द्वारा व्यक्त किया गया िन्होने केन्द्र की तीनो पद्धतियो को विस्तार से बताया तथा कार्यप्रणाली के अन्तर्गत लोकसम्पर्क, लोकसंग्रह, लोक संस्कार व लोक व्यवस्था के मुख्य बिन्दुओ को अच्छे वक्तव्य के साथ रखा गया ।

 चतुर्थ दिनः शिविर के चतुर्थ दिन का प्रथम सत्र् "स्वामी विवेकानन्द और कार्यकर्ता निर्माण" विषय आ. बलराज जी आचार्य द्वारा व्यक्त किया गया । उन्होने बताया कि हमारा जीवन लक्ष्य स्पष्ट होना चाहिए तथा उस लक्ष्य के प्रति सजग रहने वाले विभिन्न व्यक्ति संसार में प्रसिद्ध हुए है, जैसे डा.ए.पी.जे. अब्दुल कलाम। एक कार्यकर्ता को अपनी गलती सहर्ष स्वीकार करनी चाहिए । इसी दिन का विषय विवेकानन्द केन्द्र में दायित्व राजस्थान में कार्य/नगर स्थान/प्रवास आ. रचना दीदी द्वारा लिया गया। जिसमें दीदी ने विवेकानन्द केन्द्र के एक कार्यकर्ता के क्या क्या दायित्व रहते है। राजस्थान मे कहाँ कहाँ कार्य हो रहा हैं, कितने कार्य स्थान, कितने नगर स्थान हैं इसके बारे में विस्तृत रूप से विषय को शिवरार्थियो को बताया गया। द्धितीय सत्र का विषय ‘‘स्वामी विवेकानन्द वर्तमान आवश्यकता’’ पर रहा जिनके वक्ता आ. रचना दीदी थे । इन्होने बताया कि स्वामी विवेकानन्द और आद्य शंकराचार्य का जीवन मिलता जुलता है। हिन्दु का आदर्ष चरित्र माँ सीता है, हमें अपने दिशा और ध्येय का चिन्तन करना होगा । दीदी ने स्वामी विवेकानन्द के विभिन्न आह्वानो से कार्यकर्ताओ को आह्वान किया । सभी शिविरार्थीयो को कम से कम पाँच दृढ़ संकल्प लेने को कहा गया तथा हमेंशा इन सकंल्पो को स्मरण करने का भी आह्वान किया गया ।

पंचम दिनः शिविर का अन्तिम दिन सभी का परिचय व अनुभव सत्र रखा गया जिसमें सभी शिविरार्थियो ने अपना परिचय देते हुए शिविर का अनुभव व अपने चारित्रिक गुणो का विकास हुआ इसके बारे में बताया गया । इसके पश्चात सभी शिविरार्थियो के नगरस: बैठक रखी गई । आहुति सत्र प्रातः 9.30 बजें रखा गया जिसके मुख अतिथि विवेकानन्द केन्द्र के सयुक्त महासचिव मा. रेखा दीदी थे । दीदी ने बताया कि कार्यकर्ता ही संगठन के प्राण हैं, एक केन्द्र कार्यकर्ता को अपना परिचय देने की जरूरत नही होती बल्कि उसके काम से परिचय अपने आप हो जाना चाहिए । कार्यकर्ता को मन, वाणी व बुद्धि को प्रखर बनाने के लिए उसे तप करने की आवष्यकता हैं, हमें अधिक अर्चन करने की क्षमता के विकास के साथ जितना गृहण करे उनसे कई गुना अधिक देने की प्रवृति रखनी है । दीदी ने सभी शिविरार्थियो व कार्यकर्ताओ को सकंल्प दिलाते हुए आह्वान किया कि पूर्णकालीन कार्यकर्ता बनने हेतु आगे आये ।

शिविर मे स्वामी विवेकानन्द सार्धषती समारोह पर प्रत्येक दिन पौने घण्टे का विषय रखा गया जिसमें इस समारोह के आने वाले कार्यक्रमो में अपनी भागीदारी केसे रहे तथा सम्पर्क कैसे करना हैं इत्यादि बिन्दुओ द्वारा षिविरार्थियो का बताया गया ।

स्वामी जी का भारत दर्षनः शिविर में स्वामी जी का भारत दर्षन विषय पर प्रत्येक दिन आधे घण्टे का विषय रखा गया जिसमें स्वामी विवेकानन्द के जीवन से प्रसंग विभिन्न घटनाए तथा प्रेरणा रूप कहानी विडियो क्लिप व कहानी प्रस्तुति के माध्यम से षिविरार्थियो के मध्य रखा गया ।

केन्द्र प्रार्थनाः इसके अलावा मन्थन द्वितिय जिसमें चार दिन केन्द्र प्रार्थना पर रहा जिसमे चार दिन केन्द्र प्रार्थना पर रहा जिसमें षिविरार्थियो को आह्वान किया कि आप प्रतिदिन केन्द्र प्रार्थना जरूर करे ।

प्रभात फेरीः शिविर में एक दिन प्रभात फेरी का आयोजित षिविर स्थल से 2 कि.मी. दुर स्थित कारोही गांव में रखा गया जिसमें शिविरार्थियो द्वारा भजन व गीत सामुहिक व एकल प्रस्तुति रही । गांव की ग्रामीणजनो ने भी उत्साह में प्रभात फेरी में भाग लिया सभी लोग उत्साहित हो रहे थे यहाँ स्थित श्री हनुमान मन्दिर में शिर्विरार्थियो का प्रातः स्मरण व योग वर्ग गतिविधि हुई ।

एक शाम प्रेरणा से पुनरत्थानः शिविर में एक शाम प्रेरणा से पुनरत्थान की गतिविधि षिविर स्थल से 1 किमी दुर स्थित मेगरास गाँव के श्री चारभुजानाथ मन्दिर प्रागंण में रखा गया । जहाँ कार्यकर्ताओ द्वारा लघुनाटिका का मंचन किया गया भजन, गीत इत्यादि की प्रस्तुति दी गई । इसमें सभी ग्रामवासियो ने उत्साह से भाग लिया ।

साहित्य सेवाः शिविर में एक दिन 1:30 घण्टे का साहित्य सेवा ग्राम सम्पर्क की गतिविध गंगापुर गाँव में रख गया जिसमे सभी षिर्विरार्थियो के बीच 5-5 की टोली बनाई गई वहाँ बाजार, घरो में सम्पर्क किया गया । सभी सदस्यो का अच्छा अनुभव रहा ।

इनके अतिरिक्त शिविर में योग वर्ग गीता पठन, मन्थन प्रस्तुति, गीत सत्र, संस्कार वर्ग, भजन सन्ध्या, हनुमान चालीसा विभिन्न गतिविधिया सुचारू रूप से संचालित हुई । शिविर अधिकारी श्री बृजमोहन जी पारीक, सह शिविर अधिकारी प्रान्त संगठक रचना दीदी, शिविर प्रमुख अविनाष पारीक, तथा सह शिविर प्रमुख श्रवण पटेल थे । शिविर में नगर प्रमुख भीलवड़ा डा.अर्जुन वैष्णव, प्रान्त प्रमुख श्री भगवान सिंह जी, शकुन्तला जी डाड की भी उपस्थिति रही ।

SAMSKARA VARGA- CULTURAL CLASS : 4 PLACES-198 CHILDREN- Reserve Bank of India Campus, Jayanagar,  K G Koppal , Roopanagar and Kuvempu Nagar

SWADYAYA VARGA:  2 Places 21 people.   

YOGA CLASS:  2 PLACES- 162 People attended. Apart from Yogasanas morning prayer, karma yoga shloka sangrah, krida yoga and bhajans in different days .

BHAJAN : Daily at Jayanagar - 18 children. Every  Saturday and Sunday at Kendra-  16 people attending.  

VISHNUSAHSRANAMA CHANTING : Every Ekadashi Day Vishnusahasranama and Ramanana chanting

NON-FORMAL EDUCATION -  ANANDALAYA :  58 children from Class 2^nd to 9^th standard.

VIVEKA SANDESHA PROGRAMME   :  Exhibition organized from 25^th June to to 4^th July at Kendra , 800 students and teachers from 7 schools saw the exhibition,  spot quiz programme organized for children and distributed prizes.  

MA. SHARADA MATRU MANDALI: Every Wednesday 22  Mothers attending and chanting soundarya lahari, Bhajans, patriotic songs, games etc.,

NARENDRA  BALAK SANGHA : 17 boys from class 2^nd to class 10^th attending every Sunday. Yoga, games,  Bhajan, songs, cleaning nearby
temples, planting etc are the activities for students.

UTSAVAS (CELBERATION)

SAMADHI DIN:On 4^th, Swami Vivekananda’s samadi din observed. Morning all yoga participants chanted Vishnu sahasranama and karmayoga shlokas and offered flowers to Swamiji.

GURUPOORNIMA:  Gurupoornima celebrated at 3 places – K G Koppal, Jayanagar  & R B
I Vistar. At K G Koppal  morning prayer, Karmayoga shlokas , Guru Bhajan and Guru Shlokas chanted- 22 people attended. At Jayanagar evening Sri Satyanarayana Pooja performed and Sri Krishna Prasad, Teacher Sadvidya High School spoke on Guru and his importance in every ones life, he also talked on great Gurus and Shishyas like Swami Vivekananda and Sri Ramkrishna, Shivaji & Samarta Ramdas, Maharshi Vidyranya & Hakka and Bukka.  At R B I Vistar in Samskara Varga celebrated. Guru bhajan, shloka and related games. 

SRI KRISHNA JANMASTAMI celebrated by fancy dress competition, Bhajan, quiz .

U.B DAY CELEBRATION :  On 9^th September, public function held at Kendra. Sri C V Gopinath Ji, Retd.
Additional Secretary, Govt of India was the Chief Guest. Smt Nagaratnamma presides the function. Sri Gopinath ji spoke on application of Swamiji’s message in present world and Wake up Bharat and enlightened the world.  172 people attended the function.  On 11^th September, public function held at Gopal swamy college. Dr. A S Chadrashekar, Nagar Sanchalak,  presides the celebration. Sri Pradhumna Ji, Sangha Chalak, was the Chief Guest. 78 youths attended the function. Dr. Chandrashekarji spoke on 150^th birth celebration of Swami Vivekananda and he invited people to spend their some times in this national cause.  

KANNADA
RAJYOTSAVA CELBRATION: On 1^st November Kannada Rajyotsava celebrated at Kendra. Smt. Manorama, Retd. Head Mistress was the Chief Guest. Quiz conducted for the Anandalaya and Samskara varga students.

SADHANA DIWAS:  On 19^th November Sadhana diwas observed at Kendra. Karma Yoga shlokas chanted. Sri
Ramachandraji spoke on Ma. Eknathji.  19^th morning Shramadhan camp organized near Kendra. Study materials distributed to 20 students. EKNATHJI BALAMOHOTSAVA :  Sports conducted for Samskara varga students
at R B I Vistar. Nearly 85 children took part. GITA JAYANTI: Geeta recitation competition arranged
for Nursery level to college level. 176 students participated.  VIVEKANANDA JAYANTI: On 13^thJanuary Vivekananda Jayanti celebrated at Kendra. Smt Komala Harshakumar was the chief guest. Sri Srinivasaiaji and Dr.
Chandrashekarji talked. 2 books released in this occasion. 

CAMPS AND
COMPETITIONS

YOUTH CAMP: 3 Days   Youth Awareness  Camp conducted at  AMRUTA VIDYALAYA for  VIJAYA POORNA VIJAYA Toppers. 128 students
from 16 colleges from Mysore, Mandya, Chamarajanagar and Hassan district participated. Punya Bhoomi Bharat and  Swami
Vivekananda and Youth by Swami Nageshji, Challenges and responses by Dr. A S ChandrashekarJI, Man making and Nation Building by Sri Sripatiji. Yoga,
pranayama, karma yoga, kridayoga, bhajan, group discussion and gruha samparka are other activities in the camp. Ma. Virajamrutha mataji of Amrutananda Muta inaugurated the camp.                

WORKSHOP ON HOW TO FACE EXAM WITHOUT FEAR: In April  82 students from Class 10^thparticipated 2 days workshop. Sri Nirag conducted the workshop. Yoga and meditation, memory development class, creative games, group discussion and presentation are other activities in workshop.

OMKAR MEDITATION: 7  days Omkar Meditation Class conducted at Jayanagar. 24 people attended.

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT CAMP:   In the month of April 5 days camp at Amrutha Vidyalaya . 88 children took part, in May month 1 month Camp at Jayanagar, 18 children took part.

Inter school Cultural Competition:  On 8^th September, cultural competition held at Kendra. 202 students from 14 schools participate in different events like Patriotic song, Essay writing on topic My Hero Swami Vivekananda, speech on Chicago speech and drawing – topic swami Vivekananda. Smt. Sreemati inaugurated the function.

Inter college Cultural ompetition:  On 9^th September, college level competition held at Kendra. 124 students from 12 colleges participated in Patriotic song, essay on topic “vision 2020 “, speech on “ Punya Bhoomi Bharat”, Drawing on Swamiji.

Quiz Competition: Quiz on Swami Vivekananda , Ramayana and Mahabharat conducted on November 18^th for college and high school students.76 students participated.

Patriotic song & Essay  Competition : On 30^th December, patriotic song and essay writing conducted for primary, high school and college students. Around 140 students from different schools and colleges from Mysore city participated.

Rural Youth Camp: 52 students from 18 villages attended the camp. Dr. A S Chandrashekar, President Vivekananda Kendra Mysore addressed the students. Swamiji’s influence on India’s Freedom movement topic given for group discussion. Sri Aravinda, Jeevavrati karyakarata, Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari talked on our roll in Swami Vivekananda’s 150^th celebration.  Songs, Group discussion and presentation, games etc are other activities in the camp.

SANKALPA DIWAS: On 25^th evening  Sankalpa diwas observed at Kendra. 23 karyakartas attended the programme.

MATRU SAMMELLANA: On 11^th February Matru Sammellana organized at Jayanagar. Dr. Jayashree, well-known ayurvedic doctor spoke on YOGA and WOMEN and roll of the mother in the family and society.

DEEPA POOJA and BHARAT MATA POOJA:  DEEPA POOJA and BHARAT MATA POOJA    organized at Jayanagar, K G Koppal on  2^nd   6^th and 22^nd  February More than 150 people performed pooja. Sri Ratnakara  and Sri Hongirana,  Vidyarthi Karyakarta , talked on greatness of Bharat and briefed about Swami Vivekananda’s 150^th celebration. 

VIVEKANANDA DAY at HULLAHALLI Village  : SWAMI VIVEKANANDA DAY celebrated at Govt College Hullahalli, Najangudu Taluk on 2^nd February.  Essay and Elocution competition
conducted for the youths. Sri Sripati, Sayojak, Swami Vivekananda’s 150^th celebration committee, Mysore Vibagh talked on Swamiji and Youth. Sri Mariyyaia, Principal  addressed the students.

VIVEKANANDA DAY at Yuvaraja College, Mysore on 12^th Feb:  Sri Gurumurthiji, Principal RIMSE was the chief Guest and talked on Swamiji.  Smt S N Gayathri, Principal of the college addressed the gathering. Book stall and exhibition arranged.

Januaray:  Dr A S Chandrashekarji was the chief guest. He spoke on Swamiji’s influence on India’s Freedom movement.

VIVEKANANDA DAY at Kuvemu nagar Govt College on 4^th February 

Inter school KABBADDI MATCH on 9^th March:  Sri Laxminarayanji, famous document writer inaugurated the match. Students of Vanita sadhana von the trophy. 

On 23^rd March Sri Gopinatji distributed the prizes and certificate to the winners of Kabbadi match. Same day study materials distributed to the needy students of nearby schools.

YUVA PRERANA SHIBIR AT NAGARCOIL - JULY 2013

   Swami Vivekananda Sardh Shati Samaroh (SVSSS) year long celebration is going through five segments in society. Yuva Shakti is one of them, which focus on Youth to promote -  सेवा (service), आत्मविकास (physical & mental development), अध्ययन (study), सुरक्षा (security) & समरसता (harmony). 

From 11 to 13th July 2013 Vivekananda Kendra Nagercoil Branch Centre organised SVSSS Yuva Prerna Shibir for student of PSN College of Engineering & Technology , Tirunelveli.  There were 62 students participated.  The topics taken are:The life and message of  Swami Vivekananda, Shatabdi and Sardha Shati Samaroha of Swami Vivekananda, Challenges and Responses in day to day life and You can Win!  They had the trip to Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Sri Devi BhagavathyAmman Darshanam and Sun Rise Point.

Samvardhini Shibir at Nagarcoil - June 2013

Swami Vivekananda Sardh Shati Samaroh (SVSSS) year long celebration is going through five segments in society. Samvardhini is one of them, which focuse on preservation, protection and promotion of our culture through women and to increase their participation in different strata of our society to promote - सहभागिता (participation), सेवा (service), विकास (development), संस्कृति (culture) & समरसता (harmony).

 

On 30th June 2013 Vivekananda Kendra Nagerkoil Branch Centre organised SVSSS Samvardhini Shibir for the women of Shaktigramam nearby village of Kanniyakumari.  In this Shibir, 40 women were participated.  There were Desha Bhakti songs and Devotional songs, Creative games and Lectures on The life and message of  Swami Vivekananda and Our Indian Ideal Women.  There was one interactive sessoin "Womens' role in Family, Society and Nation's progress", which attracks good involvement of women in discussion.
