Utsarga and Varsantha Puja organized at VKV Kallubalu

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Kallubalu (Karnataka Prant) organized the Utsarga and Varsantha Puja on Friday, 06 March 2026, at the Patanjali Hall with great spiritual fervor. The event saw a total attendance of 445 participants, including 380 students, 35 parents, and 30 staff members.

The ceremony began with a sacred Agnihotra led by Mananeeya Lalita Didi, who enlightened the gathering specifically Class X students, their parents and Class IX students on the profound significance of the Vedic mantras. The presence of esteemed chief guests Sri Ram Prasad Ji and Sri Kumaraswamy Ji added a sense of solemnity to the rituals, which concluded with a communal partaking of prasadam.

The second session commenced at 8:40 a.m. with a prayer by Chandana, followed by the Panchanga and Viveka Vani presentations by Class IX students. After a warm welcome by Smt. Mithra Didi, the Class IX students presented Tulasi plants as mementos to the outgoing Class X students, symbolizing a legacy of growth and purity. The atmosphere turned nostalgic as Class X students Kum. Prerana and Sri. Yogesh shared their school reflections, complemented by a soulful musical performance of "Entha Andha Entha Chenda Sharadamma" by Kum. Smriti.

In his keynote address, Sri Ram Prasad Ji motivated the students to embrace discipline and goal-setting as the foundation for a successful life, following a vote of thanks by Aadaraneey Madhushree Didi.

The program reached its spiritual zenith as students offered flowers to Goddess Saraswati, seeking her divine blessings for their future endeavors.
