1   Study and practice Yogasana , Pranayama  & Kriya
2   Yoga relaxation methods and technique of meditation
3   Study of Yoga Darshana
4   Bhagavad Gita
5   Indian Culture
6  Chanting of Stotras, Bhajans and Songs for emotional Culture.

FOOD and  ACCOMMODATION :

•     The Camp is fully Residential.

•     Simple dormitory accommodation is provided Separately for Ladies and Gents.

•     We provide simple vegetarian food

In addition to your clothes, Soap etc. please carry:  Mosquito net, light bedding, note book, pen.
