Deepa Decoration Workshop at RT Nagar

Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Karnataka Prant, RT Nagar Nagarsthan organized the Deepa Decoration Workshop on 19 October 2025 at Samhita School of Performing Arts, with a total participation of 28 Samskara Varga students.

The workshop was conducted to celebrate the spirit of Deepavali while encouraging creativity and cultural expression among the children. Each student brought their own deepa/diya and decorated it using colours, paints, beads, and simple embellishments. The activity created an engaging and joyful atmosphere, allowing the children to explore their artistic abilities with enthusiasm.

The program concluded with all the beautifully decorated diyas being displayed, reflecting the participants’ creativity and the festive essence of the occasion.
