Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Dakshin Prant, Kerala Vibhag, and Vivekananda Kendra Vedic Vision Foundation, Kodungallur, organized a 21-day Yoga Satra from July 25th to August 15th, 2024, with 18 participants.
The Satra was held at Anapuzha in Kodungallur, covering both the practical and philosophical aspects of Yoga. Participants were introduced to Yoga in its true essence i.e., Yoga as a way of life based on the vision of Oneness. Kendra Karyakartha, Ms. Remya Didi, served as the instructor for the Satra.
Aadarneeya Sri Sudhakar Ji, a Jeevan-vratti Karyakartha of Vivekananda Kendra, blessed the participants and provided guidance on their future course of action
