International Yoga Diwas at VKV Dado

VKV Dado celebrated International Yoga Divas at hostel today on 21st of June 2018. 70 students (20 girls & 50 boys) had participated in yoga display. Also, total nos.of 27 (12 females & 15 males) parents, teaching staffs as well as family staffs had participated. The programme was successfully concluded.

International Day of Yoga DOLLUNGMUKH

VKV Dollungmukh celebrated International Day of Yoga, in an enthusiatic and cheerful way with a prior rehearsal by the involvement of the entire family of the Vidyalaya.

The celebration initiated with the significance of the day speech delivered by Sri. Dambar Kumar Timsina, teacher of the Vidyalaya. He highlighted the importance of Yoga in one’s life and the lifelong benefit in the regular practice of the same. The entire display comprised of Loosening Exercises, Asanas, Suryanamaskar and Pranayama. All the students of both the hostellers and the day scholars and the teaching staff of the Vidyalaya participated in an active way. Sri. Barendra Barman and Sri. Jang Bahadur Sonar instructed and demonstrated the steps to the audience for a better performance. The total attendance of the proceeding was 174.

International Yoga Day at VKV Kitpi

International  Yoga Day celebrated at VKV kitpi. In celebration  650 persons participated  in the programme. Participants  are from Govt secondary  school Kitpi,PHC Kitpi, circle officer Kitpi,  villagers from Kitpi And education department Kitpi. Sri Tenzin jambey APCS circle  officer  Kitpi inaugurated the program.

International Yoga Day VKV Sadiya

VKV, Sadiya has observed the day in three places viz, School premises, Sadiya jail and Shannon no. 4.

In school we starts the observation with three omkara followed by Manglacharan and a short speech by a teacher. All the students and teachers participated with great enthusiasm. Total participants -510.

In Shantipur No. 4 we observe the day in collaboration with Anandalaya where five school's and nearby people took part. Total participants -250.

In Sadiya jail for the first time the day was observed with the prisoners. Our physical instructor and a Student went there to conduct the programme. Total participants -25.
