Vivekananda kendra, branch Ludhiana celebrated national youth day in income tax office Ludhiana. Principal chief commissioner Mr. Binay K. Jha was our the chief guest in the program. Alakaguari Joshi, prant sangathak, panjab and harayana was chief speaker of the programme. 75 people, including joint commissioners, principal commissioner and ITO were participated in the programme.
