Leadership Development Workshop for Youth – 2025 at Pune

Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Maharashtra Prant, Pashchim Maharashtra Vibhag, Pune Branch, organized a Leadership Development Workshop for Youth on 5th October 2025 at B.M.C.C. College, Pune as part of the Youth Leadership Development Activity. The workshop was conducted with great enthusiasm and discipline, drawing the participation of 70 youths (41 girls and 29 boys) along with 43 volunteers, bringing the total attendance to 116.

The sessions included “Know Thyself” (SWOT Analysis) and Self-Grooming by Shri Sharad Dada Mane, followed by physical activities such as Surya Namaskar and interactive games designed to foster teamwork and vitality. Participants also engaged in group discussions on topics like Operation Sindoor, Vision 2047, Tariff War, and Swadeshi, which inspired thoughtful dialogue on leadership and national consciousness.

The workshop concluded with an experience-sharing session, a motivating address by Ms. Anjali Tai, and a group photograph, marking the successful culmination of a day filled with learning, inspiration, and collective growth.

नेतृत्व विकास कार्यशाला — विवेकानन्द केन्द्र गोधरा

दिनांक 04 अगस्त 2025, विवेकानन्द केन्द्र कन्याकुमारी, कार्यस्थान – गोधरा द्वारा श्री सार्वजनिक कॉमर्स कॉलेज में एक दिवसीय नेतृत्व विकास कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यशाला का मुख्य विषय "स्वामी विवेकानंद और नेतृत्व" रहा, जिस पर आ. जयदीप भाई पुवार (अमृत परिवार प्रमुख, गोधरा) द्वारा अत्यंत सरल एवं प्रेरणादायक शैली में मार्गदर्शन प्रदान किया गया।

कार्यशाला में युवाओं की भागीदारी को उत्साहपूर्ण बनाए रखने हेतु विविध खेल, गीत एवं समूह गतिविधियों का भी समावेश किया गया। कार्यशाला के अनुवर्तन के रूप में एक दिवसीय साहसिक प्रवास एवं विमर्श की रूपरेखा युवाओं के समक्ष प्रस्तुत की गई, ताकि वे आगे भी इस यात्रा से जुड़े रहें और नेतृत्व के गुणों का विकास कर सकें।

इस अवसर पर कॉलेज के प्राचार्य एवं अन्य प्राध्यापकगण भी उपस्थित रहे। कुल मिलाकर 45 युवा इस कार्यशाला में सहभागी हुए और इसे सफल बनाया।

Leadership Development Workshop for NSS Students at Bengaluru

Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari, Karnataka Prant, RT Nagar Branch organized a Leadership Development Workshop for the NSS students of Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women. The workshop was conducted on 25th April 2025 at Shree Channakeshava Swami High School, Nelamangala.

A total of 47 participants attended the workshop, including 40 NSS students, 2 teachers, and 5 Kendra Karyakartas.

The program began with a prayer, followed by a welcome address delivered by a student of the college. An inspiring Vivekavani (quote of Swami Vivekananda) was shared, and the patriotic song ‘Maatrubhumi Gana Se’ was led by a Kendra Karyakarta.

The workshop was conducted by Sri Bharath Ji, Nagar Pramukh, along with Sri Dhrutha Anna, Sri Tarun Anna, Sri Bhavesh Anna, and Sri Naveen Anna. The sessions focused on life skills and team-building activities, which were well received by the students. Many participants expressed a desire to attend more such sessions in the future. The program concluded with the Shanti Mantra and a group photo.
