60 people participated in the Yog Vimarsh organised by VK VAYAM, Solapur on 1st January 2023. Sri. Ravi Sharma Ji, Jeevanvrati Karyakrata, Hyderabad delivered a special lecture on the topic ‘Karma Yoga’.
Vivekananda Kendra Vedantik Application of Yoga and Management organized Yog Vimarsh in which 60 people including Kendra karyakarthas participated. Yoga Vimarsh is an activity for guidance and discussions on various aspects of Yoga, which was started 4 years back. In this series, 13th session was organized on 1st Jan 2023 at VK VAYAM.
Sri. Ravi Sharma Ji, Jeevanvrati Karyakrata, Hyderabad delivered a special lecture on the topic ‘Karma Yoga’. In his lecture, he talked about the following points:
Performing our duty with skill and dexterity is Yoga. A work which was selected through ethical way and for the benefit of society, that work is the superior work. We got our human life as a result of our Karma and our thoughts create our sacraments (Sanskara).
A person who has attained freedom from all the six enemies of mind and the illusions of physical world, only that person gets authority for Salvation. If a person doesn’t have his/her own power of thinking he/she cannot get that authority.
Only that person who does work without any expectation is qualified for another trial.
Sri. Ravi Sharma Ji explained how Salvation is possible only through human life. The journey from the cause of birth to the unselfish work is known as Karma Yoga.
